Our products
Attunergy sells handcrafted sound-healing instruments and aromatherapy products. Everything is made or finished by hand, and natural materials vary — wood grain, seed colour, shell shape and crystal clarity will differ from item to item, and from the photographs. That variation is a feature of handmade goods, not a fault.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Where a product is made to order or finished individually, the photograph is representative rather than exact.
Important health notice
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts. Please follow the usage and dilution guidance on each product, keep them away from children, and speak to your doctor before using them if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. If you have a medical concern, consult a healthcare professional rather than relying on anything you read here.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept major cards, and Afterpay where offered at checkout.
We make every effort to keep prices and availability accurate. If an item is priced incorrectly or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer either a replacement or a full refund — we will not simply substitute something else.
Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the address you are shipping to. You will see the exact cost, and every available delivery option, before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
We carry live rates from USPS and UPS, so the options you see are the real carrier prices for your parcel on that day. Typically these include USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority Mail and faster air services, listed cheapest first.
Some larger items ship free. Our crystal quartz bowl sets, crystal pyramids and rain sticks include shipping in the purchase price, with no minimum order value — if your basket contains only those items, shipping shows as free at checkout. We do not currently run a free-shipping threshold on other products.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time
Delivery estimates belong to the carrier, not to us. Once a parcel leaves us, transit time depends on the service you chose and on USPS or UPS. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, and carrier delays — weather, holidays, local disruption — are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, linking directly to the carrier’s own tracking page. You can also check an order at any time on our Track Order page.
Addresses, delays and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been collected by the carrier, and we cannot refund orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, please check with your household and neighbours and look around the property first — then contact us at hello@attunergy.com and we will help you open a trace with the carrier.
If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photographs of the item and the packaging, and we will put it right.
Returns and exchanges

Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Our content
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Attunergy LLC and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission. You are very welcome to share links to our pages.
Limits on our liability
We stand behind what we sell, and the terms above set out how we fix things when they go wrong. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida or US consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
